Under normal circumstance the battery will last around 2 days. Battery life can be affected by GSM coverage, panic activations or if the device struggles to get a GPS position.
Our system will send a low battery alert if your battery drops lower that 25% (Provided the device is connected).
Press and hold the button on the side and the center SOS button simultaneously. The unit will vibrate and switch off. Press the side button to switch the device back on.
It contains a GPS unit that is used to acquire your location. Assisted GPS (where available) is used to save power and to improve the time needed to obtain a location.

Single flash every 3 seconds – device is connected to GSM network but not connected to data network and our servers
Double flash every 3 seconds – device is connected to GPRS network (this means that it is connected to our servers)
Blue LED – If NOT on charge
Off – GPS chip is in sleep mode (will happen when device is stationary)
Long flash every 3 seconds – device does not yet have a GPS position
Single short flash every 3 seconds – device has valid GPS position
Continuous rapid short flashes – battery low

Off – Panic Button is not charging or is fully charged
